Terms and Conditions
Router Number Support assures clients to provide clients full-fledged professional, effective and satisfactory service. Following terms and conditions bound you for any technical services you take:
- There shall be no joint venture or partnership between customer and Router Number Support. Both of them will be holding an independent contractor relationship.
- Any service availed will be initiated only after both the parties agrees and charges will be applied according to the time period taken by that particular services.
- The clients shall be provided monthly services report only if it has been mentioned in the contract.
- Both the parties are eligible to cancel or transfer the service responsibilities to another service provider only after the prior notice of at least 7 business days.
- All rights to outsource a third party service provider for some of the service tasks is reserved by Router Number Support.
- Any other party not in a contract will have no rights of interference.
- If the customer wishes to avail monthly service package of Router Number Support then they must pay full amount prior to the commencement of work.
- On the agreement for services between the client and Router Number Support, the client is liable to deposit in advance half the billable amount before the commencement of work. Further, the rest of the amount can be paid within 7 days of commencing the service.
- Clients shall be provided in advance monthly bill consisting of all details of services.
- Router Number Support has full right to terminate the services immediately if clients fail to pay the monthly invoice on the due date. Therefore, in such a situation, we shall not provide 7-days prior notice.
- Delay caused due to natural or ungovernable causes Router Number Services will not be held responsible. If further due to this causes any losses or damages prevail Router Number Services cannot be held responsible.
- The clients will defend, cover and hold Router Number Support safe from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses related to the services provided by Router Number Support to the clients under this agreement.
- If clients provide any information to Router Number Support for publication, it will soon be published and assessed by the public soon. Further, we are not held responsible for misleading the nature of the content.
- If Router Number Support fails in performing during the time of the services. As per obligations mentioned in the terms and conditions of a contract, this will not free you and waiver shall be waived only if the compliance is made in terms of the refund process.
- It is considered to be valid officially only if Router Support Number provide you in written and that should fall under refund policies.
All the above-mentioned terms and conditions can be modified at any point of time and Router Number Support reserves all the right to modify. The customer should be aware of all terms and conditions and refund policies before availing our service.
